What you’ll need
- Two celery stalks, diced
- Half of an apple, diced
- Half of a lemon, juiced and zested
- One shallot, minced
- 1 tb champagne vinegar
- 1 can of tinned fish
How to prepare
- Dice or mince all solid ingredients. Combine in bowl.
- Add liquid ingredients and lemon zest. Mix.
- Add to individual serving cups. Top with tinned fish.
- Garnish with dill (optional).
