We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us at hello@greatlakestinnedfish.com for inquiries about international shipping options.

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery and product safety.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most locations.
3. Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Expedited shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Suggested shipping times are not guaranteed, but we make every effort to make our customers happy with their Midwest care package!
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specific amount (ex: free shipping on a purchase of $75 or more for direct-to-consumer purchases made on our website). Details of such promotions will be displayed on our website.
6. Deliveries Left Unattended
We strongly recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery.
Great Lakes Tinned Fish is not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@greatlakestinnedfish.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package.
For lost or delayed packages, please allow up to 48 hours from the expected delivery date before contacting us, as carriers may resolve delays during this time.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Great Lakes Tinned Fish is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@greatlakestinnedfish.com. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we work with carriers to minimize disruptions, delays may occur in rare cases.
