What you'll need

  • Plain kettle chips
  • Creme fraiche
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 can of tinned fish 
  • Wooden skewers

How to prepare

  1. Select foldover chips from bag.
  2. Spoon dollop of creme fraiche onto chip.
  3. Top with tinned fish and chopped chives.
  4. Optional: Insert skewer into fold. Add to martini or coupe glass for garnish to cocktail, or spoon additional creme fraiche into glass and line with additional chips for a unique serving dish display.
