How to prepare
Dice tomatoes (we used roma) and mince chives.
Fill your plate with a layer of potato chips (flavor of your choosing: we loved salt & vinegar).
Open and crumble your smoked whitefish with a fork. Spread evenly over the top of your chips. Add tomatoes, then a few dollops of crème fraîche evenly across the other toppings. Sprinkle with chives and cracked pepper.

Drizzle with organic sunflower oil (straight from the tin)
