Plain kettle chips
Creme fraiche
Fresh dill, chopped
1 can of tinned fish
Wooden skewers

How to prepare

1 Select foldover chips from bag.

2 Spoon dollop of creme fraiche onto chip.

3 Top with tinned fish and chopped chives.

4 Optional:

Insert skewer into fold. Add to martini or coupe glass for garnish to cocktail, or spoon additional creme fraiche into glass and line with additional chips for a unique serving dish display.
