Apple-Celery Slaw

This crisp and refreshing slaw combines diced apple, celery, and shallots with a tangy champagne vinegar dressing, perfectly complementing the delicate whitefish. What you’ll need:

  • Two celery stalks, diced
  • Half of an apple, diced
  • Half of a lemon, juiced and zested
  • One shallot, minced 
  • 1 tb champagne vinegar 
  • 1 can of tinned fish
How to prepare

Dice or mince all solid ingredients. Combine in bowl.

Add liquid ingredients and lemon zest. Mix.

Add to individual serving cups. Top with tinned fish.

Garnish with dill (optional).
